    Roof lining supplier required

Please would someone email or PM me a supplier who might mail me roof lining material.
I am in Alice Springs and have read, with great envy, other posts about getting theirs done for $200! 1 of our motor trimmers has closed, 1 no longer does cars and the only other 1 is away. Plus I doubt if he would look at such a job for under $500.
I have removed the liner and spent hours scrubbing and sanding off the old foam.
I broke a few of the pegs holding the roof cargo nets - a neat fix is to drill out the remaining stub, nip the head off a tiny bolt and wind it into the drilled out stub.
I emailed SCTtextiles to try and get 3 metres of their 1/8 inch by 64 inch 2144 shale, but they have not replied. TIA

    That's great news...not.
I have to get the roof on the 130 done too.

If you find a supplier in Adelaide let me know, I can arrange for it (and some for me) to get to Alice easily.

Too narrow for a D2. It needs to be 64"/162cm wide, rather than 152cm.

I'd try giving SCTextiles a call if you need a quick response from them.

    cheers

    Progress

SCT is $35 per metre plus $45 postage. Amazing how guys got theirs installed for $200. Renews my faith in market competition.

Wholesale and retail are different prices, depends on volume bought, account standing,a lot of stuff. Just like going into electrical store or motor parts, their trade prices may be less 10% trade less 20% trade less 60%
I used to laugh when people would brag they got trade prices.

If you can find a trimmer that has the 2144 in stock you'd be looking at 20-25 per metre. Once you start buying rolls pricing is much, much cheaper.
