Thread: Noob Distributor Question.

When you buy a new distributor cap, does it come with a rotor or are they purchased seperately?

How critical is the match between the two and what's the best way to determine they are buggered?

Basically you buy a cap and rotor separately, they should all be compatible if they are the correct part numbers. Quality is extremely variable though, genuine is best.
