12v Hydraulic pump advice required
Need to source a 12v hyd pump, requirements are;
Oil Flow 5-45L/min
Pressure 11MPa
In a small form factor as possible, preferably with a remote reservoir.
Have been looking around at alibaba etc but spoilt for choice but none really fit the bill. Any advice or known sources would be appreciated.
Regards
Justin

What about the small power packs used on tail loaders and small ute cranes ?

What are you trying to do?
45l/min @ 11Mpa could be a big ask.....that's around 11.9GPM @ 1600psi which would require a motor (in theory) of around 13hp to drive....the DC motor would slow under load tho, reducing flow, hence HP input requirements.
Most of the common DC pumps around for small tippers, tailgate loaders and the like, would give flows in the 7-15L/min range. The duty cycle of these type of units is usually pretty average also....typically around 10% run time.

Yes, the duty cycle has been the issue in locating a suitable unit. (kw was what I found to be approx size for a motor, one unit is available (pump/motor assy only) for $900- plus fittings, hoses etc and solenoids.
Added to which I just had the auto die in the disco. Due to lack of fluid when refilled by mechanics after smash repairs. Interesting times for the additional claim for that.
