They don't look stock to me, to me it looks like the centers have been reversed on range rims??
Can some one please confirm for me that the rims in this ebay link have been widened or had the centers reversed, seller tells ma they are stock but i'm 100% they are not.

Flipped for sure, rangie rims have that double step in them on the front and one on the rear.

100% reversed rims, Also the Ad says they are disco rims, quite obviously not, as they are RRC centres.

Well I like the look of the tyres and the rimsAlso the minister of war and finance has approved funds for another set of tyres. So might just have ago at getting these. Are flipped rims legal for road use?

In VIC different offset rims are road legal, but only to a point. In the Vicroad modification guide there is limit on how much you can increase the wheel track without needing engineering. It's not very much - those rims are waaay over that limit. If you increase track width by more than that you need VASS (engineering) approval. Your vehicle with those rims would definitely need to be engineered.
BTW it's the vehicle you get engineered, not just the rims.
