Immediately check the crash switch wiring and plug, I had a D2 where the second battery had overheated and acid residue had eaten away at the switch. On some corners or rough roads the engine would stop and return to idle, or sometimes switch off altogether. I checked the theory by hardwiring the 2 wires and this confirmed the problem. New switch, plug and wiring and all is well :)

Thanks Justin, I will check it out tomorrow, my 110 has taken a battering over the years and the vibration may have knackered it over time.
-
I checked the cut off switch today & it is not the problem, it seems to work fine, pull the plug & it does not start, bridge the wires & I still have the same fault.
Thanks for the idea.
Next week when I get some spare time I am going to rewire the loom to see if it helps, if no luck I guess it is time to look into the ECU. :(
-
Col how are you getting on with it?
-
As my 110 is my daily drive I ended up getting a hire car for a month until it is sorted out as I have not had much of a chance to work on it of late, we are about to get a house full of visitors for a few days as well later this week so it is still sitting untouched & unloved in the driveway & may do for another week.
Will keep you posted.

I found a few spare hours this afternoon & spliced in a new loom from about 6 inches either side of both plugs & sadly there is no change, the fault is exactly the same as are the 3 codes spat out by HawkEye. :(
When I ran a meter over the wires & all of the readings were the same as well & the same with the driver demand voltages read from HawkEye.
With a new potentiometer & loom all I can think of is an ECU fault unless some else can think of anything else which relates to 3 x driver demand faults.

Sorry Col I am fresh out of ideas, have you checked the ECU earth??
If you were closer I could lend you an ECU to test it with
-
Thanks mate, I added a fairly heavy duty earth wire direct from the battery to the ECU earth post but it made no difference.
-
Definately no oil at the red ECU plug or the connection at the front of the head????

No mate, I have inspected & cleaned all of he plugs & they were fine. I previously changed the injector loom about 40k ago do to this problem & it is one of the first things I check when ever I have any issues.
