    Att Justin FIP photos

Hi Justin - here are the promised pics. I think the problem is the gear has been forced and / or damaged at some stage. What do you think??

    Thanks in advance!

Hi Jason, that all looks pretty normal RE positioning and slots etc, I would now prise the gear off and clean up the burrs etc so it can be fitted as a light push fit and rotate back and forth easily, then time it like we discussed, That slot in the second pic where the timing tool is, it's position is just about right.

Jason, which part of the gear do you think does not look right?
    Dave.

I was asked " Is it ignorance or apathy?" I replied "I don't know and I don't care."
