    Radiators

    What is the biggest sized radiator that can be shoe horned into a D1?

    I bought an aluminum Fenix which is ok but in hard going the original was better.

    So before I get my original repaired and put it back in is there a more efficient or larger or both alternative to the standard one?

    There is a post in here where someone has used an el/ef falcon radiator and overflow bottle which makes sense as the same radiator is used in both the 4L 6cyl and 4.9L V8 so size wise comparable to the disco v8. Would like to hear the results myself as a replacement for the Discovery is so much more expensive than most other models of car.

    3.9V8 swapped out for a 4.6V8
