D3 cigarette lighter/auxiliary plug not working.

Hey guys, looking for some advice - ideas on what could be the cause of the cigarette lighter and auxiliary power plug not working?

I've checked the fuses for both - cigarette one was blown so it's replaced with a new one, auxiliary was ok.

They don't have power - I checked if maybe my gps is faulty which it's not, checked in another car and also plugged in cb radio and no joy.

I can't see any other fuses which would cause those fuses to be faulty or anything else thats related...

Is a trip to an auto electrician my only solution?

    Cheers
    Mike

Hi Mike and did you test the sockets with your ignition turned on?

    They are not powered otherwise.

    Hi, yes I did

Very strange - cigarette lighter works - actually ejected the lighter so far it shot out and into the cup holder next to it.. Red and hot as anything (luckily didn't damage anything).
Plug the gps in.. No power, plug the blue ant charger.. No power.
Auxiliary wasn't working at all still. Ignition on, car running...
