I can't explain it - I was seeking an explanation - that is what I saw of your favourite download.

I have never seen this message before and I thought someone may be able to explain it.

John, I'd say you've hit a download limit of some sorts.

About a month ago I had the same message when I clicked on a link.

Yes, obviously, but what sort? The other possibility is that it is an incorrect response by the server to a satellite link with latency of the order of 1000ms.
