Hi Guys,
This is super old thread, but hope is that solution to the problem was found and could be shared.
I'm facing same issue on Disco 4, though in my case car pulls to the right (I'm mainland Europe/RHD).
In my case wheel alignment was checked and in fact first discovered after performing wheel alignment as result of front bushes being replaced.
What was the issue in this case?

i re-read my post. Old timers has a grip on me and i no longer recall the cause. It would have been a worn bush. It wasn’t long after that i sold the 110 and stripped it of all the good bits to fit onto the 130. I changed any worn bushes in the change over. I didn’t have a problem with ATB that required the third member to be inspected.
A D4 is very different to a solid axle defender thus my experience would not translate to an independent suspension vehicle.
This tracking etc happened to one of my RRCs.
It turned out to be a destroyed poly bush on the "A" frame arms (which attach to the ball joint) where they attach to the rear crossmember.

Had the same problem on one of my Defenders, trailing arm bushes worn. Reasonably cheap and simple to replace.
oops. just re read your post, don't know about this on your Disco but I'd still have a real good look at suspension bushes and fixings etc.
