Thread: D1 Rear Seat locking mechanism

Howdy all

Before I go to the trouble of removing all the trim, does anyone know off the top of their head if the box assembly with the latch (which they call the tower) pictured below is simply bolted to the body?

I have a D1 which I've just pulled a very bodgy roll cage out of to refit seats. I've got seats and belts but the entire box assembly is missing. Frantically trying to track a set down prior to RWC on Monday! If it's just a matter of unbolting, then it shouldn't be too hard to pull a set from a wreckers.
