    Flapping brake pedal on D1 300TdI

    At high speed (I use this term loosely) and when I apply the brakes the pedal wobbles around or flaps and I need to pump the pedal a few times for and decent affect.
    The brake pedal has been spongy for a while and despite my efforts cannot seem to resolve the issue. This is what I have done so far.
    Brand new vacuum pump, new brake pads, new calipers, bleeding, no cracks on servo, no leak on servo, no leak on pipes between pump and master cylinder
    I have read the spongy pedal thread but cannot find a resolution. HELP!

    Warped brake discs? Replace them with new ones, they're a wear item.
