    Camshaft bearing removal V8 4.0

Does anyone know how to remove rover v8 camshaft shells ?
I have remove 4 shells without damage by using a loose shell to tap out the others but the rear shell seems to be very hard to remove without damage to block?
Also any tips on how to reinstall the new ones?
    Cheers

Unless you have an accurate guiding tool for pressing the shells in I'd give it a miss and let an engine shop do it. You could spend a few hours on a lathe making all the dies for pressing in the shells yourself but one mistake and the shells are scrap.
