    hi
never thought of cv, they don't bang so figuring they ok.
the book does say 1-1.6kg but i think that's for a swivel on a bench with nothing on it.
most internet sites go with 7kg mark, or there abouts.

if its fixes the problem then i'm happy with the higher load.

i have done the r/h side, will do l/h side tomorrow, i wiped out karcraft stock of thin shims so i'm hoping they might get delivered tomorrow so i can do it accurately.

its my first time doing this job, so slightly apprehensive as to the results.

i have put a bar in the bushes and they seem fine, i have shook the prop and no movement, only thing not checked is the steering damper (rtc) and tracking, pretty sure wheel balance is out as a weight has been knocked round over another weight so will get that done.
fingers crossed wheel balance and swivels will sort it

If the car is wobbling, is be putting new bearings in there. They aren't expensive.

I used to set the classics up to the max lr figure, I felt it helped with the heavier tires.
