Second battery - rubber boots for the terminals

Just put in a traxide kit on the weekend. Does anyone know where I can source some rubber covers/boots for the battery terminals? Little nervous with them out there without a cover.

if these get hard to find you can buy a piece of 5-6mm rubber sheet from the local clarke rubber type of shop and locate it over the battery

eBay is your friend. Projecta ones look like the goods.

I used Durite terminal covers that I sourced off eBay. They come without any cable entry holes so I punched them where I wanted them.

Might be a silly question, but what can go wrong if the terminals are uncovered? Is this a serious problem?

If anything metal shorts them out it could cause a fire.
