Actually they're a bolt in for jeeps (of course), options for new chassis mounts for longer arms, redesigned sump to get even more up travel. The CV's and shafts are the same as used for most premium buggy/truck trans axle applications. You'd be hard pressed to break them as they're landed on for great heights full tilt.
How are they "complex" live axles? There's a centre, axles and CV's. The cover comes off the back so you don not need to pull anything to change axles/CV's. And the cover isn't structural so there's an indication of how well they're built.
