[edit] I doubt if anyone does, and as you know, it's a total PITA to make one yourself.
I was joking suggesting making one yourself, I will never, ever make another......

I had a 3 inch mandrel on my old 300 Tdi, it wasn't very nice. They sound horrible under load and the one I had reverberated through the cab. I spent a small fortune putting extra mufflers and a hotdog in to try and quiet it down a bit

I were to do it again I would definitely go with a decent 2.5 inch instead

Turbo spools up much faster, mine has a large muffler in the middle[in original location] and is straight through from there and no noisier in the car, my turbo is a td04, dump pipe flares out to 3 inchs just after flange and standard garrett turbo/manifold fits straight on/lines up.
Remember the injector pump has to be retuned to suit the pipe just like after fitting a bigger intercooler

Matt, I bought 3" exhaust tubing and a bunch of mandrel bends and did the cut and weld dance.
It was a **** of a job, and this after swearing I'd never do another after making a couple of race car ones, and sand bending some extractors years before......
