    TD5 running rough when cold

    Hi
when cold just off idle at low throttle the engine runs a bit rough like it has a miss this is gone after probably a min or 2 of running and rarely happens if you have time to warm it up for 2/3mins before going, glow plugs test ok on nanocom, also once above about 1800rpm miss/rough running goes
    thanks

It,s most likely due to the fact that there are 5 cylinders but only 4 of them have glow plugs so the 5th cylinder takes a short time to get up to temperature.

Only time mine has ever run rough was a really cold morning, sounded like a dying dog and shook like crazy. Disappeared very quickly.

it doesn't vibrate etc. just has a miss sound and when under load it sort of does a slight chug once warm its fine.
just the fact its doing it at temps above 10deg is why I am asking
