    THe big issue is that the car has to be ROAD WORTHY this will be written on the document somewhere.

    50mm spring lift pluss 50mm body lift will put you outside of this.
    as will larger tyres, wider wheels and increased wheel track.

    Shannons, dga are the best options I have seen.

    Exactly right. You won't be insured unless it's roadworthy, but being roadworthy is not a guarantee of insurance. You can list whatever mods you like, but if the mods make your car unroadworthy, then the insurance may be voided.

    A lift doesn't necessarily put you outside roadworthy. The rule, from memory, is 1/3 travel. Larger tyres; +15mm diameter. Increased wheel width; the tyre is usually unlimited, BUT the rim is limited to +1 inch, which in effect limits the tyre.

    All this will be on the VicRoads or RTA websites.

    If cars don't comply then they need to be engineered.
