They're not listed in ARB catalogue.
Probably expensive (isn't everything?)
Any extra weight on rear door hinges not recommended IMHO.

I believe you have to order them from LRO, genuine expensive item !!!
You wouldn't think there would be much weight on the hinges, because the only time you use it is when the door is closed, so therefore the load is spread over the whole door....
When you find out let me know, wouldn't mind getting one as well....
STC50134, list price $261.05 + GST from your friendly LR dealer.

That's not a typical LR dealer type price.
It's as if they misplaced the decimal or something.![]()

They're not available in LRs warehouse but a dealer might have one in stock somewhere :? .
Maybe that's why they seem cheap - you can't get one 8O .

The rear door hinges have a habit of shifting with the weight on the tyre hanging back there.
And while the ladder it self wont weigh a lot the climbing up and down with put more stress on the hinges.
But thats just my thoughts.
There are two types of people in this world, good and bad. The good sleep better, but the bad seem to enjoy the waking hours
For anybody that is still interested they are also available from Rimmer Bros in the UK for around $120.00, but they'll cost another $200 to get it here....must remember to invest in freight company shares as they are making a killing due to the internet.
They are sometimes on evilbay and go like hot cakes. I have been wanting one for a few years as I have a roof cage. I have been just climbing up and down on the spare wheel and the hinges havent moved at all. I weigh 95 kilos and 100 after a trip.Could I sugest a buy in bulk if anybody is interested to split the freight??? I is in Sydney.
