			Is Disco 300Tdi ZF auto a direct swap for the 300Tdi manual?
		
 
			
				
					Been feeling lazy lately and the prospect of not having to concentrate on my gear changes to overcome the lack of low RPM torque has me dreaming about the auto swap. 
 Just wondering if anyone has done it and what's involved. I'd go for a pre electronic ZF and I understand the bell housing is different for the Tdi compared to the v8, but I have no idea as to their overall length and do they have the same bolt pattern to the trans case etc. ie can I simply drop the R380 and clutch assembly and insert the Tdi auto ?
