Bullbar Installation
I just put a ARB bar on with the extra blinkers but now cos of then the trailer light in the dash blinks, is there some way to re Calibrate that? how do i stop it

A little bit of black gaffer tape over the offending light, and presto no more problem. [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif[/img] [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/laugh.gif[/img]

Had the same problem in our disco, we replaced the globes with lower wattage globes. Apparently the extra current drawn triggers the trailer flasher on the dash, lower output globes solved this for us. When we have hooked up a trailer, the system has worked OK.

Ah, this means I can remove the gaffer tape. Simple answer to a problem that annoys. I know of 3 other Landys that suffer the same problem. They will be happy with that for a fix [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif[/img] [img]style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/biggrin.gif[/img]

I found 10w globes intead of the nowmal 21w jobbies did the trick. They're not the easiest to find though, as 5w & 21w seem to be the common ones with that size base. Supercheap were no use, I found mine at a Motormate store.
Obviously you only need these in the bullbar repeaters, leave the rest as they are.

Replace them with replacement LED bulbs from places like Jaycar....

LED bulbs is a good idea.
