SubscriberOn the way up to Avoca on friday i noticed when i stopped for fuel that i had a small diesel leak, first thought it was the lift pump but its coming down from the head and possibly from injector lines.
I didnt notice any copper crush washers when i re fitted the piping but do have some odd stepped looking washers left over in my gasket set ?

clean and check the injector lines. They have a tendency to have a hissy fit if you remove them and wont seal again. Buggered if I know why as I can never see any scours on the sealing faces, but I have had to replace 2 of mine when I did a pump overhaul. They just would not reseal!Lucky the lines are not real exxy
