    Salisbury diff - carrier interchangability?

    Hi guys,

    Are the dana60 / salisbury diff centres (case/carrier?) interchangeable between the series 3 109, county, Dana60 axles in other makes and the defender 110's?

    I have been told there is a difference in the CW+P from the higher ratio diffs however I cant ascertain if this is a difference in the CW+P or the flange on the carrier?

    the offset on the carrier flange is different on 4.7 and 3.54 models, as it also is on rover diffs ,

    So a 3.54 sals is a 3.54 sals regardless of what it comes out of?

    yes a 3.54 sals Series3 Stage1 carrier will fit a County / Defender 3.54 salisbury

    but not interchangeable with a Series3 4.7 carrier, unless you are changing ratios to 4.7 or 4.1
