    Yikes alright. Do tell us more. Was it under load at time, in low range or high range, modified or stock engine?

    Yep, I keeps some spares around for when that happens...

    Which side/vehicle/year - I may have something kicking around you can have.

    EDIT - just seen you avatar is a a D1. What side is it - I'll see if I have a spare axle. I will have a CV and stub axle.

    Drivers side. It's a Maxi Drive as well, and parts have already been ordered from Roverparts. Thanks anyways!!

    Looks like a county cv to me. Last one I broke exploded the cv and twisted the axel clean off
