    electrical bits and pieces ideas?.

So I'm up to the wiring on my LSE soft dash, and am not sure what bits and pieces is should be installing and where, so I am asking for peoples ideas.
    So far I have/and or about to do;

    Traxide us160 duel battery system
    Uhf
New head unit going in (not sure of brand yet)
New sub going in (same as above, must be compact to fit behind rear seat)
Rear camera which will plug into my hema hn6
Power to rear to charge camper battery
Rear flood light on spare wheel carrier
    Tyredogg system
    Fridge outlet in back

    Well that's about it.

Was thinking of putting a third battery in the back, not sure yet.

    So what have others done???

What connectors are you using? I'll give a vote for anderson connectors everywhere. I've found them brilliant. After I converted all my leads, fridge, solar regulator, etc to andersons, I also fixed a short length, big gauge lead with anderson to the aux battery in the engine bay. It just sits there most of the time, but a spare "point of connection" can be handy and I've used it a few times for various things. Obviously could be mounted anywhere, but mine just sits near the battery.

Anderson only for battery charging bits, like camper trailer, solar panel etc..

    Damien,
As for the third battery, an idea I've stolen off someone else is to have two Anderson leads attached to a Deep Cycle battery (one long and one very short) , that way you can plug it into the back socket for charging and still run the fridge or move it into the trailer etc. You can then take it out when your around town etc.
I would also suggest a low coolant alarm which is dead easy to fit and only costs a few sheckles. See Dave's interesting items.

Third battery will be in there permanently, wired into my duel battery system with an Anderson plug off it to charge the camper batteries.
Have a low coolant alarm, forgot to mention it
