Looks like the hub seal - if it is grease lubricated bearings this would indicate the axle seal is leaking, and the hub seal is not oil proof (but may well seal grease). It could be a failed seal, or a blocked axle breather, or both. My money is on a blocked breather, possibly with the seal having failed as a result, but loose (failing) bearings would also be likely to cause a seal failure.
It would be easier to be certain where the oil was coming from with the wheel off. And when jacking it up check the wheel bearing play.
