Smile Can an 03' S2 Disco center console fit into a 95' Classic?

G'day.. My first post here. I've recently picked up a 95MY badge Classic and I pretty much love it. However (and there's almost always a 'however') the power seat switches **** me off. My leg grinds into them and I feel like I'm gonna break them off. I have noticed that the Disco series 2 (2003 upgrade) has almost an identical center console to my 95 Classic with MUCH more favourable power seat switch positions. I recon I can graft them electrically but not sure if it'll fit mechanically. Also interested if S2 seats will fit too.
Any Tech help would be appreciated.. : -) Matt.

Without being too personal.... how does your leg grind into the seat switches?
    - Have they been moved from on the side ?

Yes, they're exactly what they look like... a lazy after-thought. At least Mercedes put them on the door card, out of harms' way, where they seem to last a little longer...

Well, perhaps more like my hip / upper leg. When you sit on the drivers seat, the seat compresses a little and allows the switch to protrude above the level of the seat, which in turn, can feel it pressing into my upper thigh area.. Just urks me. I'm driving around in a 2003 Disco ATM while my RRC get's an LPG issue sorted. Along the way, noting remarkable similarities in the Dash / console layout between the 2 cars.
