Maybe that would be the way to go Disco. Matt

It's not really that it hasn't worked out ace. I just need to get the system right. As for the rears, no they don't fit. I did the research before buying the fronts. The guy I bought the front ones off sold the backs to a guy in melbourne who tried to put them in a disco. He said if he knew he wouldn't have sold them to him.
So LRHybrid, how'd you find out?
While building my Hybrid - using the original RR chassis I got some Defender coils front and rear, only to find I couldn't sqeeze them in.Quote:

Pity really, they were real heavy duty ones.
But NOW I'm using a Defender chassis there is no worries mate
LRH.
Is yours the vehicle that won hardcore modified 4by of the year in 4WD monthly? That thing's a beast.
The front coils I've got are pretty heavy duty too, that's why I think they'd go better in the back.
Naa sorry its not.Quote:

Here is my current project vehicle:

But since my shipment from the UK it now has a Truck Cab and Defender push button doors.
The rear tub and chassis still need shortening to give the desired 100" wheelbase.

Looking good LRH, I'd love a project, got too much to do to the disco first.
this is also the problem, the current RR is taking up too much of my Defender building time
The other things is I'm using the RR as a test mule for some things I may use on the Defender.
LRH
That's a good idea. Though they're a completely different vehicle, does that mean you have to buy 2 of everything?
