    If you put your query into the search box at the bottom of every AULRO page you'll get about a hundred hits. Basically it's your vehicle testing the bulbs for failure, globes obviously don't notice the pulses. To fix it you need a magic box of tricks for the trailer plug that should be available from any decent auto electrician.
