    Larger Tyres & Body Trimming

    Hi all,

Who has fitted larger tyres, what body trimming did you do, (or have done) where was it done? Anyone with pictures of rear trimming to fit larger tyres? Don't necessarily want to lift the suspension hugely or body if I can avoid it, just want bigger tyres (want to use my set of 235/85/16s off my series vehicles) on my Disco 1.

A search of numerous message boards reveals that many have done it, but is short on info on how they've done it or what it looked like, or where it was done. Want to be able to sell the vehicle someday, without it looking too bodgy, at the same time don't want to spend bucket loads either. Also has to look OK when the normal sized tyres are back on it.

    Thanks in Advance 8)

aquarangie fitted 235/85's on his Rangie by lifting it a touch - might be worth PM'ing him to poke his head into this thread....
It's not broken. It's "Carbon Neutral".
