Quinton Hazell? They're still going but now owned I believe by Tetrosyl.

That would be them. I can only go by what 2 different parts suppliers from the uk told me. They had closed down....

I bought 2 complete sets as spares and they come with grease nipples

IMO the old QH TRE's are really good.
I just put a couple of pumps into them, don't overdo it, you'll wreck the boots.

Interested to hear the comment 'don't use Roadsafe'. What's the reason for this ?
I set up an account with them some time ago to buy TRE boots for Series vehicles. I did look at their TRE's but didn't buy any at the time.
Like most manufacturers they had gone away from metal to metal contact in the TRE and used a plastic (not sure if it was PTFE) bearing to reduce steering forces. No grease nipple because it wasn't needed.

Had them fail numerous times in less than a few thousand kilometres on RRC's running 35" tyres, put them in the bin along with britpart bushes, both are rubbish

Yep, really isn't needed if the boot stays together but as soon as there's a small tear or spilt it's nice to be able to purge them.
The ex's GU Patrol's non greaseable TRE's were all original @ 420,000km as the boots were still intact (and it'd done little off road work)

FWIW the TRE's and king pins on my old F100 were all original at near half a million km too and they had no seals/boots of any sophistication but were frequently greased.
