Cheapish - paid about $150 for it 5 odd years ago, bought off fleabay. Ran it for a while yesterday and didn't notice anything else heating up, but thats not to say it won't - and yep, the wiring and fittings do look substandard - more so with my modification .
Just has to last long enough until I get around to setting up the aircon compressor for endless air, and then it can melt away all it likes!
