hello all.
the simple question. originally my rrc was equipped with a steel tank but i purchased it with the small plastic canister on the floor behind the rear seats. I got the proper plastic tank from disco ii, but i am not sure about electric connections. should there be any antistatic grounding between the filler neck (i guess the original one from rrc, without the lead, in the lower outer corner of the rear wing) and the tank?
