Go to your local Radiator repair shop and have your tanks (top and bottom) fitted to a new core, cheaper than a new Radiator and all your pipes and fittings will line up, Regards Frank.
(Recently purchased) I have concluded through highly technical analysis (random implanted screw and heaps of some kind of bog, liquid weld stuff etc detected) that I need a new radiator for my RRC 3.5 Vogue Auto. There are heaps listed for the RRC and disco 1 which seem almost compatible. However, mine appears to have what I believe to be oil cooler lines? coming out from the bottom (2 small lines close together) I am confused as to what I should be searching for to come up with the right product. Any ideas folks? Also, the radiator fan looks like it may of exploded, hence the repairs to the Rad. Is there a trick to removing the fan (what's left of it) from the viscous unit. I assume it unscrews but it's so tight the shaft and pulley rotate rather than the coupling undoing.

Bogging and even some holes won't phase a good radiator shop. It all has to be cleaned up anyway and holes are easy to braze up for them. Worth an ask at least. You can often get a good quality core fitted for the price of an OK replacement rad.
Awesome, thanks guys. I'll do my local research now.
