I haven't but we are going to as we tow a pretty heavy camper it will help even though it tows it very well as it is. It will take the Disco from 102kw to 138kw a big jump and the Defender from 97kw to 135kw there is a stage 2 upgrade but is only recommened for the Defender.

Davis Landy's are the best i'm told out at Amaroo Pk Annangrove, takes about 1 to 1 1/2hrs.

Hi Redback
I thought it was the other way around, the stage 2 was for the auto Disco only,as the manual gearbox in both aint up to the task.BUT Im a mere Series Pilot, what would I know
Hi Doug
A large bore, low restriction exhaust works wonders on any turbo diesel,it allows the turbo to spool up quicker due to reduced back pressure.
You can run a "straight thru" muffler on a turbo,as the turbo works as a sound muffler. With a straight thru muffler you end up with a strong growl and increased turbo whistle, quite a sporty note actually
