Well, I was talking about the Army, Phil. If it moves, salute it, if it doesn't, paint it.
Cost wasn't the issue. Creating work for post conflict diggers was. Spraying was done in house.
As a civilian? I don't like doing things twice, when I can do it once and do it right.
Probably shouldn't have chimed in.
