I had tried unplugging the MAP but given the dead MAF and unplugged modulator may have masked it, so I'll give it another try.
The fuel pump is still making its 'on' noise, but is quiet, no sounds of cavitation so I'm sceptical that there's combustion gases in the fuel lines.
I'll check on a nanocom

Interesting...
A few times when driving I noticed when first starting off, it's got a horrid flat spot just before it hits boost, and it's the same in top gear at cruising RPM for 100kmh, much better at 110+. I did try fiddling with the wastegate arm before replacing the maf and modulator so I'll see if adjusting it helps at all.

Is your EGR deleted?
Completely

I never had any of those symtoms when my pump died, but I did have the flat spot you just mentioned, but that turned out to be the injector loom, at the time I had the lose of power that you described too, the flat spot started as a miss at first.
All the MAF and wastegate issues sound normal, had all that, fixed the same way you did.
My pump just died, working one minute, can't start the car the next.
Probably no help though.
Baz.
There's no oil at the ECU, the injector loom is on my list as I've got to do the rocker cover gasket anyway.
The most common results for a failure to rev out suggests either MAF or Fuel Pump, I slit the carpet in the back and looked at the top of the tank, if it's ever had a pump swapped then I'd be surprised, no sign of anyone ever going in there, so at 255k I'm probably due for one. Car has never had problems starting though.
I'd say it's not dead, just marginal. But as I intend to run a fairly high level tune eventually I'm going to make damn sure it's running 100% first.

Mine was running a tune at the time, actually it has had a tune almost the whole time we owned it.
I can't really offer any help Cam, I wish I could and I've had these symtoms, but were solved with other fixes.
Baz.
All good baz, it all helps :)
If the fuel pump doesn't fix it it will be injector loom, I'll probably do the injector washers and O-rings at the same time to rule out any sort of gas in the fuel lines but as there's no sound of cavitation I'm sceptical, nor is there any dilution of the oil. After that it can only be some sort of fault in the wiring.
And if it's still not working then perhaps I'll take it to a mechanic :D
Or sell it and buy a perentie....

Can't you take some manifold pressure and ambient pressure readings though ? was the MAP sensor cleaned after the EGR was out?
