Guys.....

This is mainly for my Cousin who's having issues with his EGT's on his Discovery TDi Auto. On normal driving he can get his Disco EGT's easily up to 550+ degrees (Post Turbo) driving up a long small incline hills un-loaded (Towing is obviously worse). He's obviously concerned with the life of the motor constantly sitting around those sort of temps. The mods he has is a larger IC & has had the pump modded (which is what has caused the problem in the 1st place according to him, but he can't prove it). The water Temps don't run hot at all. He's looking for someone in the Brisbane Area (obviously willing to Pay) that knows what they are doing to help solve his problem &/or adjust the IP & Boost settings to help get the EGT's down to a more Normal level.....

He does not want to take it back to the place he originally took it to at Redcliffe as this is where he had it modified orginally and in his words, "stuffed it". He has since taken it to a place at Brendale which had helped dropped some of the EGT Temps, but the Mech is not a LR Mechanic. He's looking for someone that knows their way around LR's & Injector Pumps, etc.
