Sabotage?????

I was up at Craig's hut today. When I arrived a couple of Toyo 's were parked in the parking area.
I parked near them, they sort of looked at me, probably amazed a disco made it up the track. LOL.
When I left, , did the decent on the 4wd track and got back to the graded road, then the Disco just cut out and wouldn't start.
Popping the hood, I found my Coil lead had come off.
Hmmm, suspicious, as the magnacor lead is really a tight fit and when I tried to remove it last time it was very tight.

Question, Do toyo drivers have long dextrious arms and nibble fingers that could reach up under the Disco and pull it whilst their mate keeps guard?
I have a suspision, as the way Toyo drivers almost kill you on narow goat tracks I am very suspicious. LOL

If they do have those attributes I might look at employing one for a few jobs I've been putting off around here that would ideally suit them. As buggered if I am injurying my hands trying to make them fit just to get the job done.

Almost kill you ? Treat it like a game of chicken, make sure you bullbar is bigger than theirs and hold your (war) path. They move, might use colourful language and gesture the next pub is (number of fingers) hours from closing but.... they move.... and that's all that matters. I'll second that.

And a lot of Toyo drivers wouldn't know how to open their bonnets where as we LR drivers do...did I say the right thing :?

I just cant put my finger on it, most of them are just so arrogant.

On sunday when we were out playing Get About 4wd tours lead a train of city slicker in cruisers, patrols and pajeros (mostly), Paul smiled and nodded at each of them and he didnt even get a smile back, most of them didnt even acknowledge our presence. Matt

It's sad.

A camel train: follow the date.

And the conversation over the cafe latte on Monday morning will be about heroic adventures in the wild.

It's just a day's dirt road between 5 star Hotels and a navman navigation to the next company card petrol fill up all experienced with white knuckles on the steering wheel in between. Climate controlled, tinted windows wound up, dust, nature and human contact excluded.

I pose the question, why the hell would you pay big dollars to go on these trips when you could join a club for 12months for a fraction of the price of one tag along trip and do heaps of trips each year with your club for free. Some people really are stupid. Matt

I would propose that experience is now something that you can buy rather than having to actually do it more than once. It is a souvenir industry. Moving forward, lets move on and leave some quality time for me to check the stock market.

Eco-tourism is another experience one should have.
