I measure when I'm sufficiently far away from the city when I ask for a coffee and I don't get the question "which type".

Moving forward, lets move on and leave some quality time for me to check the stock market.

It's a pretentious designer coffee. You take a perfectly good coffee, do something with it that involves a toned barista dressed in black using a machine that whirrs and whizzes, then you pay 50% for it. The same applies to cappucino, mochasomething and whatnot, but I presume they are all slightly different.

Very likely. In Sydney, I can think of only a few places that make decent capuccinos.
I won't drink instant coffee and, often, brewed coffee is pretty bad, too.
