I bought two of these recently
Supercharge Batteries - Car Batteries, Maintenance, Expanded Grid Technology
for $190 ea

similar to the battery i got for the boat for the dual install on that.. they are not as good as true deep cycle... but 120ah @20a is pretty sweet! and they are better than normal crank batteries..

marine batteries seem to be quite good for most things to be honest!

by the way.. cant believe how much difference the new battery has made to cranking... the old one must of been stuffed! (the 950cca supercharge!)

Just went to Sunshine warehouse and got rather rude treatment from the guy behind the counter. When mentioned about the discount he just looked blankly at me I showed him a copy of the first post you made and he read it and throw it back at me and said that means nothing and gave me a measly $5 off the retail price. I could have bought it from Super Cheap for the same price without the travel. So is this discount still going or not?

I bought one in December 2008. No problem getting the discount.

Btw - my Original Supercharge Gold purchased in 2003 is still going strong!!!
