    LT95 6.5L V8 Clutch release bearing

Hi all, hoping someone has seen this before. My clutch release bearing has failed, I've looked up the part number and picture for an LT95 V8 and a LT95 3.9 Isuzu clutch release bearing but they don't look anything like the one I've got!

What is the motor, Chev Diesel?

Is it a Land Rover clutch? If not see if the throw out bearing matches the clutch, or the motor.

Do you know who did the conversion?

It appears to be a standard V8 throwout bearing for an LT95. Common to Rangies and 110,s. The bearing should be up the top where it is cracked and scoured no doubt from the bearing seizing and cooking the plastic sleeve. If it was an Isuzu one it would have a metal sleeve under the bearing.

looks like a V8 one to mee too, Cant find the link but there used to be a mob that supplied an ally version of the carrier.

From vague recollection I think the chev conversion uses the landy clutch and pressure plate with a modded chev spigot bearing in a redrilled chev flywheel

Thanks, you're both right, it's a standard V8 bearing (which is exactly the same part number as the Series 3 bearing). It's gotten so hot the clutch fork has pushed the plastic right through the centre, that's why it had me so stumped, in it's current state it doesn't look anything like a standard one.

It's on a Chevrolet 6.5L V8 diesel TonyC, so I'm going to order a FTC5200HD which is the same as the FTC5200 (Series 3, V8) but with the ally carrier as Blknight suggested.
