If it is a Series 1 it is probably the owner of Coolstore Panels. The fixed up the panel damage on my Disco and the guy is a crazy Disco fan. series 1, dark green i think about 4" lift.

Have a look at the flared wheel arches. Owning a panel shop has it's benefits, no stick on flares but they have been cut and flared and resprayed.

I'll go and have a chat to him and get him to come out a play...
