URL to Land Rover's global technical website

    Hi All

I have been in an ongoing e-mail exchange with Landrover Aust over the past few weeks in which I provided some feedback concerning the lack of manufacturers technical support to customers. Landrover did provide me with the following landrover web link which may be helpful to some people. Maybe it should be placed permanently on the forum - I am not sure.

    Quote:

Thank you for your email I have taken on your feedback and understand the points raised. it is unfortunate that Land Rover Australia no longer provide technical assistance over the phone or via email.

In order to assist you please find below a URL to Land Rover's global technical website which you can gain access to by following the on screen instructions. This website has all sort of technical information that could be useful to you.

    http://www.ownerinfo.landrover.com/extfree...rprod/index.jsp

Once again thank you for your email and please contact me if you require further assistances.

    Kind regards

I take it you are talking about manuals I got one on disc the other day off an ebay site, cost me 15 and3.50 for postage, now I had the manuals for a disco 1 and 11 ,r/r,series111,defender freelander.
It is the same manual that a mate of mine has got (all 3 volumes) in L/R hardcopy.

Yep you got to be patient with this website. Wait until you get to select your vehicle and then go off to get some accessory fitting instructions or user manuals - you gotta fill in another user name and password and it isn't the same as the intial one - figure that out 8O

I used it a few times and downloaded anything free and haven't been back since.
