I guess you are talking about 300K since the upgrade was done. I suggest you give Bruce Davis a call - he was happy to answer all my questions on how it was done, how it works, what side effects there are, etc.
Then you can decide if you want to give it a try. I have not seen anyone on the forums report that they had it done and regret it or have had problems...

I have had mine in since February and it has performed very well but has been sporadic at times - along with my mechanic, we put this down to other factors in the car and set about trying to sort them. Anyway, after many months of searching and testing, it turns out that it is a dry solder in the ECU and is with Bruce Davis as we speak being sorted. Fingers crossed when it comes back it will rectify the roughness I had before and allow me to agree entirely with all the positive remarks I have hears about it.
I agree with septimus, you really only notice it when the turbo kicks in and you fidn that you swap from 1st to 2nd to 3rd in a blink. I would love a bit more low down torque out of it. I have also recently put in 4.11 CWP's and find 1st and 2nd are passed so quickly but 3rd is a bit taller and quite a nice torque release through the revs.
Conclusion: Great bit of kit which does make a huge difference to normal driving, hills and towing.
