    HELP!!! Dead electric window

Went offroad yesterday and drowned my Rangie in a meter deap bog hole. Ended up with a foot of water through out the interior. (All good fun),
I had my window down at the time (lucky because i had to climb out through it) and now the window is stuck down. The electrics dont seem to be working. I tried WD40 but that didnt help.
    What can i do?
And how do i get my window back up?

If you haven't already done this to apply the WD40, I'd suggest pulling all the door linings off, pulling out any door bottom bungs still in place, hose out if really muddy and leave for a few days to dry. Then pull apart all wiring connectors, clean & spray with WD and refit.

But electric motors don't go much for muddy water so it's a fair chance it's stuffed...

Did you check if you'd blown a fuse?

    Cheers

Would the other windows still work if i had blown a fuse? Because there all fine. I will recheck just to be sure that the drivers side isnt on a seperate fuse.

Sorry, no idea, fuse was just the first idea that came to mind.

    Cheers

Swap the switch with one that is working. If still no go, check for 12v into and out of switch. If no good, get the wiring diagram and check every point in that circuit.

    Good luck

    Bruce.
