Is that a dry thread torque setting?
If so see if there is a lubed specification, with some fancy moly (?) on the threads the torque required could be half.
or just use a rattle gun and loctite![]()
Near enough its 460NM.
put a strong arm on the socket put an extention pipe on the strong arm and mark it 1m from the center of rotation.
Put it vertical
pull at the 1M mark at a tangent to the center of rotation with a spring scale
pull to 460n or 47KG worth of pull.
extend the bar to 2m from the center of roation and pull with 23.5 KG of pull
2m of pipe costs about $10 bucks and a spring scale that handles 25kg of pull can be had for $5,
check its calibration with you bathroom scales and a 20l jerrycan.
put the jerry on the bathroom scale empty note the weight, zero the bathroom scale. lift the empty jerry with the spring scale. mark this point. on the scale. fill the jerry with a measured 20l of water and repeat. IF the spring scale reads your mark plus +20kg its accurate enough for what you need. (you dont need the bathroom scale, its just a confidence check, if the bathrrom scale reads 2kg for the jerry and the spring scale says 10 I'd probably trust the bathroom scales)
Remember that you must ALWAYS pull at 90 degrees to the handle if you use the spring scale method.

No mention in RAVE about lubing the bolt. I always do it regardless.
As for the rattle gun. If it wasn't a TTY bolt I would not bother with a TW.
When I do my Tdi timing belt I do not use a TW. A length of water pipe on my 3/4 T handle and my tension is called ****ing tight.
