    Rims for classic Rangy

    Hey there

Does anyone know of the best rim for running 33 muddies on a rangy? i would love to run em on my 16x8 rims I currently have but the offset wouldn't suit. Wheel spacers at 200 bucks each isn't an option either. Ordered a set of rangy flares from Les Richmond which will sold srubbing on guards.
i have heard that running reversed disco rims is a way to go?

    Cheers

    Cameron

    Hello Cameron
I just found myself some old 16 inch range rims, took them to Neway wheels in Heidelberg (I think),got them to cut out the centres and weld them into some 8 x 15 rims, cost about $90 each, Suited me cause I kept the retro look and got to choose my offset.
So happy with the outcome , I now have two sets, road set with 33/12.5
    and weekend set with 35/11.5

    Regards

    Chris

    Thanks for the thought mate

Yeah I might see if anyone can modify my CSA 16x8 highlander rims to make them the right offset. Would love to be able to keep them as they are a great looking mag on the rangy.

    cheers

Here is a pic of the mags

Say I will be selling em as too much effort to modify.
So if anyone knows of any 15x8 or 16x8 rims with offset for 33's would be great

    cheers

I'm not sure if they are any good to you, but I have some 15x8 in a speedy, steel white rim, I hade on the defender in the for sale section. If I new how to link it I would, but I will go bump the add again.
