The best way to stop them rattleing is to sillicon them shut and never open them. seriously how often do you open them anyway?

my passenger side gets opened every other day........thats only cause i have a dog

the drivers side gets opened to access my tool bag and 12V outlet....so mainly when i'm camping

for the small cost of baily channel i reckon it will last for years

That's great news, I opened my right side the other day and had a hell of a time closing it becaus the felt strip bunched up. I was wondering how on earth I was going to get the glass out & fix it.

My windows on my 110 are also rattle a lot, noticed the felt had gone, so ordered it from LR SERIES and will get a replacement here in India. Does anyone know how to replace the felt as I have no bloody clue.

with the windows shut pull the old bits in the rear out and push the new stuff in, open the windows, pull/cut the old bits out and push the new bits in, from memory there is only one little section in the middle that misses out........

hopefully the series stuff suits as the baily channel that i purchase sits in the groove perfect and has not fallen out

.... and here I am, every fr^gging time I've replaced the felt, removing the inside trim, drilling out the rivets, removing the entire frame/window from the body, then dismantling the frame so I can get the glass out. You don't end up with the gap in the middle, but is it worth the extra effort? I guess not.

Thanks Weeds (and when you coming riding again?)
